YOU NEED OUR HELP
You've moved home - congratulations! Your guest room has been taken over by your eldest daughter who no longer wants to share with her sister - yep, that's me! You've decided enough is enough, the curtains your granny gave you are just not cutting the mustard anymore - let the fun begin!
If you're one of the lucky ones and know exactly what sort of style, colour and fabric you like then that's brilliant, you're off to a flying start.. fast forward to the next section. If you know what you like but you're not sure how to achieve it or would just like a sounding board, get in touch and we can offer help and advice or you can go the whole hog and take up our Design Service and we'll work together to build a moodboard to help you visualise your room and from there source fabrics to find one you love.
LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED
The next stage is to book a consultation. Get in touch and for a small fee of £30 (payable on the day but it will be credited against services ordered within 6 months) we'll come to your home to measure up and go through your ideas for what you'd like from your soft furnishings. We can discuss whether you'd like curtains or a blind, the types of linings on offer, whether you'd like interlined or not, the type of curtain heading and the fabric you have in mind, whether you'd like it trimmed, a border, perhaps you'd like cushions to compliment and so on.
QUOTATION STAGE
Once we have all the measurements we can price up the job and send you a full quotation with everything included.. there'll be no surprises in our invoices! To give you an idea of cost, for a pair of handmade curtains with hand finished heading, the make up price starts at £70 for the pair for a track/pole measuring 110cm with a drop of up to 150cm. This doesn't include the fabric, lining, the pole/track or any additional extras, for example, interlining or a pom-pom trim. Hand finished headings will give a much higher quality finish to your room, however, if your budget can't stretch that far, machine stitched, pencil pleat taped headings are a good choice.

The quote will also include approximate timescales. On average you can expect the work to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks of the fabric arriving at the workroom. Timings will be firmed up once the fabric has been delivered.
THE REAL WORK STARTS
On acceptance of the quotation, a 50% deposit will be needed in order to place the order for fabric. We place the order for the fabric as soon as payment is received. Once the fabric is delivered, the date for delivery will be confirmed. There can be delays in receiving the fabric from the manufacturers, which is why we can't guarantee a date until we have the fabric to work with.
TA-DAH!
We'll deliver your beautiful products on the day agreed. It may be possible for us to also fit the blinds or curtain fittings (though curtain poles/tracks would be fitted prior to finishing the curtains to ensure the length is perfect). However in certain situations, which we'll discuss at the initial visit, it will be necessary for you to engage a Fitter. We can help you find someone.

Once the curtains are hung, the blinds fitted and the cushions plumped, you sit back and admire your room in all it's wonderful completeness. Or, perhaps you'll be like one of our clients who said "I keep pulling my blinds up and down, every time I see them they make me smile!"
The investment will be worth it as, with minimal maintenance, they'll be looking good for many years to come.
